Hi, I'm Brian living in Mougins, Alpes-Maritimes. I have just received a "do not reply to this automated message" email from my prefecture informing me of a date and time to go to the prefecture to complete my ex-Brexit new carte de séjour. Unfortunately I cannot keep the appointment because I will be out of the country on that date. How is best to contact the prefecture and advise them that I cannot keep the appointment and would like to receive an alternative date.

At the bottom of this Web page, there's an email you can write to (contact-demandeenligne-brexit-dgef@interieur.gouv.fr). They should be able to change the date for you.
